• Conduct research and analysis on energy and housing affordability, workforce development, and economic development to improve building performance.
• Support IMT's program teams with key project activities, including outreach to community organizations, companies, and government agencies.
• Create educational materials such as articles, presentations, and case studies on building performance issues.
• Collaborate with an internal advisor to design and present a fellowship project.

This fellowship supports the transition to a clean energy workforce by accelerating the decarbonization of buildings, reducing pollution, and creating healthier spaces in American cities.

• No more than 1 year out of undergraduate degree.
• Interest in policy, energy, or sustainability.
• Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively.
