Data Support Specialist

• Partner with customers to identify and resolve data issues, reinforcing best practices.
• Improve Help Center documentation and guide customers through data lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot data issues across PostgreSQL, Snowflake, and Azure.
• Deliver training on data upload best practices and gather feedback for product enhancements.

This role helps agricultural businesses maximize the value of Smartwyre's software, enabling more efficient data-driven decisions that can improve sustainability and productivity in the food supply chain.

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, IT, Business, or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of customer-facing technical support experience.
• At least 3 years of experience with relational databases and SQL.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with CSV/EDI file formats.
