What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Design, implement and manage data analysis and synthesis systems for evaluation, research, and impact efforts
- Build and manage sustainable, scalable systems to gather and analyze program data, monitor progress, and measure change across programs
- Lead development of dashboards, visualizations, and reporting mechanisms to track progress and communicate insights
- Develop and provide training and capacity-building opportunities to enhance evaluation and learning practices

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Master's degree in social sciences, education, data science, public policy, or related field preferred (equivalent experience accepted)
- Minimum 3 years experience designing and managing evaluation, research and learning systems
- 5+ years experience in data analysis using quantitative, qualitative, and mixed methodologies
- Expertise in impact outcomes measurement, social science research, and evaluation in community-based or powerbuilding fields
- Excellent knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets, statistical software (SPSS, STATA, R), data management solutions (Qualtrics, Salesforce), and data visualization applications (Tableau)
