Mission

What you will drive

  • Analyze customer journeys, behaviors, and operational performance to generate actionable insights for Digital decision-making.
  • Build, maintain, and own Power BI dashboards, defining KPI logic and metric definitions.
  • Design and analyze experiments (e.g., A/B tests) and define success metrics.
  • Act as the data champion for assigned Digital product teams, ensuring data quality and governance.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Advanced SQL skills with ability to work with large, complex datasets.
  • Proven experience building dashboards (e.g., Power BI) for business users.
  • Data Science skillset including Python for analysis and fundamental Machine Learning concepts.
  • Experience with digital analytics data (e.g., GA4, web/app event data) and experimentation frameworks.
