Data Product Manager

Core Responsibilities:

• Define data product strategy and vision aligned with organizational goals, developing a product roadmap that evolves with changing user needs.
• Conduct product discovery through design sessions, user interviews, surveys, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and validate concepts.
• Partner with engineering and business stakeholders to translate discovery insights into product features, prioritizing based on business impact and technical feasibility.
• Define and monitor KPIs to assess product performance, manage development budgets, and prepare reports to communicate results and insights.

This role helps shape the future of energy by developing data-centric products that support reliable, fuel-efficient, and cost-effective power generation for nearly 12 million Floridians.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proficiency in data analysis, data warehousing, and data software architecture considerations.
• Software development experience including knowledge of ETL processes, CI/CD workflows, alerts and error handling.
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools.
• Strong skills in product discovery, user research, and prototype testing.
