Data Platform Engineer, Senior Associate

• Build and maintain robust data pipelines (ETL/ELT) across systems like Salesforce, Excel, SharePoint, and Azure SQL.
• Support development of dashboards and reports in Power BI, partnering with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights.
• Administer and optimize Azure SQL databases, ensuring high performance, availability, and security.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.

This role enables HPN to leverage data for affordable housing and community development, ensuring reliable data infrastructure that supports informed decision-making and amplifies the organization's mission to create vibrant, inclusive communities.

• 3+ years of experience in a hybrid data engineering/DBA role.
• Deep SQL expertise and familiarity with Azure SQL; Azure Database Administrator Associate certification preferred.
• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Power BI Premium/Fabric.
• Proficiency in Python and Azure DevOps.

Starting salary range: $111,200 to $125,100.
