Data Manager

Core responsibilities:

• Integrate data from laboratory, field, and historical sources into ERM's EQuIS™ databases and other data systems
• Collaborate with project teams to plan sampling campaigns, manage deliverable schedules, and provide query/reporting support
• Develop reporting dashboards and data visualizations for a wide variety of environmental projects
• Coordinate with ERM and client-contracted laboratories to ensure data quality and reporting objectives are met

This role creates positive change by managing environmental data that informs critical decisions about environmental protection, sustainability, and resource management, helping organizations minimize their environmental impact.

Required qualifications:

• BS/BA degree in environmental science, data management, analytics, or related field—or equivalent relevant experience
• Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in environmental data management with strong analytical and database skills
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in EarthSoft's EQuIS and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access)
• Strong organizational and communication skills with ability to manage workload independently
