Data Manager

Core responsibilities:

• Lead 350's data strategy and governance, supporting the creation of organization-level KPIs and measurement frameworks
• Drive an organization-wide data culture, building shared understanding of data value and embedding good practice
• Own the data warehouse and BI stack (BigQuery, Metabase), designing data models and overseeing ELT pipelines
• Own the strategic roadmap and technical architecture of Salesforce, defining data governance and quality standards

This role creates positive change by enabling evidence-based planning and decision-making that supports 350.org's mission to keep carbon in the atmosphere to a safe level and mobilize people for clean energy and an end to fossil fuels.

Required qualifications:

• At least 6 years' experience leading organization-wide data strategy
• Exceptional communication and culture-building skills to drive data culture across all staff levels
• At least 6 years' hands-on implementation experience with data warehouse/ELT, reporting/BI, and CRM systems
• Experience managing Data warehouses such as Google BigQuery and data visualization platforms like Metabase
