Data Management (IT)

Core responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain Windows and macOS systems to ensure stability, performance, and availability
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and group policies across platforms such as Google Workspace
• Deliver user support and help desk excellence, resolving escalated support tickets and acting as a technical escalation point
• Strengthen security and system reliability by applying IT security best practices and assisting with backups and disaster recovery planning

This role enables employees with secure, reliable, and scalable technology to advance IPX Power's mission to accelerate the energy transition by developing clean energy infrastructure.

Required skills and experience:

• 3+ years of experience in IT support and system administration roles
• Proficiency with Windows and/or macOS operating systems
• Working knowledge of networking fundamentals, including DNS and VPNs
• Experience with software deployment, patching, and license management
• Familiarity with cloud-based productivity platforms such as Google Workspace
• Strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and commitment to documentation

Total compensation: $108,000-$118,000 (base salary + bonus in USD)
