Mission
What you will drive
- Lead the GB Commercial Analytics pod, owning pricing operations, commercial reporting, and growth insight to drive sales, margin, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
- Set priorities and guide a small, high-performance data team, acting as a strategic business partner to Commercial, Sales, Marketing, and Energy Markets teams.
- Own end-to-end pricing operations for domestic tariffs, including launches, quarterly price changes, margin reporting, and regulatory compliance.
- Deliver growth and customer insight through key metric reporting, funnel analysis, customer forecasting, and retention initiatives.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Proven experience mentoring and developing data professionals.
- Strong commercial acumen, preferably in pricing, margin optimisation, and/or growth analytics.
- Hands-on expertise with modern data platforms and analytical tools (Python, pandas, SQL, dbt, Databricks, Lightdash, Streamlit, Airflow, Kubernetes, AWS, Terraform).
- Strong communication skills to influence non-technical stakeholders and senior leadership.
