Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Enter service delivery, enrollment, and outreach data into contracting databases and other systems as required
  • Work with the Managing Director and Harm Reduction Services staff to identify issues with documentation and data submissions, troubleshoot problems, recommend solutions, and oversee needed corrections efforts
  • Assist in the development and/or modification of data collection instruments as necessary in collaboration with the Managing Director of Harm Reduction Services
  • Maintain participant confidentiality at all times as per VOCAL-NY policies and procedures

  • Strong understanding of harm reduction and past experience providing low-threshold services to active drug users
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work collaboratively, give & receive feedback, and build working relationships with people from all walks of life
  • Strong computer and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational, problem solving, and data management skills
  • Ability to work independently
