Data Engineering Specialist

Core responsibilities:

• Ensure data is accessible, reliable, and efficiently processed
• Combine, optimize, and manage multiple big data sources
• Create automated reporting systems
• Provide software solutions that move data from its source to an internal database such as data warehouse/data lake
• Implement data frameworks and/or architectures
• Design, develop and maintain data pipelines to enable strong data analysis and reporting
• Utilize a myriad of solutions to ensure problem resolution with data warehousing and data sources
• Escalate unsolvable problems beyond individual knowledge and scope to senior level employees

This role contributes to AECOM Hunt's construction projects by ensuring reliable data infrastructure that supports better decision-making and project outcomes in transportation, healthcare, academic, and sports facility construction.
