Data Engineer

Core responsibilities:

• Own FRI's data infrastructure as the first dedicated data engineer, making key architectural decisions
• Build and maintain data pipelines ingesting forecasting data from surveys, expert panels, and AI systems
• Design and evolve dimensional data models standardizing data across dozens of research projects
• Manage data quality, access controls, and documentation enabling reliable analysis for the team
• Set up orchestration, monitoring, and alerting for production data pipelines
