Mission
What you will drive
- Own and define end-to-end technical solutions for SMA America's Data Center, driving standardization, scalability, and architectural excellence.
- Act as technical lead and key interface between regional teams and global headquarters.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product Management, Sales, and external partners to deliver high-impact solutions.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and industry standards to maintain technological leadership.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial or Electrical Engineering or adjacent discipline.
- 10+ years in energy industry, preferably in BESS and grid connection of large energy assets.
- 5+ years in solution architecture, product management, or comparable field.
- Knowledge of inverter systems, plant controllers, battery interfaces, and grid codes.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; proficiency in English required.
