Mission
What you will drive
- Lead regional Application Engineering activities and support Business Development for Data Center segment by understanding market trends and securing anticipated growth impact.
- Engage customers early in sales cycle through technical and strategic insights, acting as voice of customer within organization and ensuring solutions align with market needs.
- Organize and conduct Customer Transformer Trainings, attend industry conferences, influence specifications, and provide technical support to customer contacts.
- Provide internal technical trainings, develop tender strategy recommendations, and engage factory and tender engineering teams to build trust and integration.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor/Master degree in Electrical or electromechanical engineering or equivalent; master's degree or industry accreditation (CIGRE, IEC) is a plus.
- Minimum 10 years of experience with 5 years in technical roles like transformer design and direct customer interaction in tender or order execution capacity.
- Technical skills in transformers with ability to connect technical teams to marketing teams across countries within the HUB.
- Intercultural sensitivity and excellent communication skills in English (required) and other European languages (plus); willingness to travel 30-50%.
