Data Associate

• Support revenue and resource planning processes including 5-year forecasts, revenue/consultant ratio, and utilization.
• Gather, clean, and process data from various sources to create comprehensive datasets for analysis.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support business decision-making.

This role supports Energy Solutions' mission to deliver large-scale energy, carbon, and water-use savings through market-based programs, directly contributing to climate change mitigation.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Foundational knowledge of data analytics principles, statistical methods, and analytical problem-solving.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, or other database querying languages; familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).

Salary range: $60,000 - $70,000 (target $60,000 - $66,500). Benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, pre-tax contribution plans, and an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
