Data and Research Analyst, Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning

• In this role, you'll lead the quantitative backbone of the MEL department, managing routine data analysis and rigorous evaluations.
• Analyse routine counselling data across systems to build indicators that inform decisions in real time.
• Reconcile data discrepancies and ensure all reporting is trustworthy and traceable to source.
• Design sampling strategies and lead advanced statistical analysis for evaluations, including difference-in-differences modelling.
• Produce publication-ready evidence that meets academic and donor standards.
