How to Apply for Data and Insights Analyst
at Reengage
🏢 About Reengage
Re-engage is a unique charity specifically focused on combating loneliness and social isolation among people over 75 in the UK through community connections and intergenerational activities. What makes them distinctive is their warm, pioneering, and local approach that values older individuals and creates meaningful friendships. Someone might want to work here to contribute directly to improving the quality of life for older adults while being part of a respectful and determined team.
About This Role
As a Data and Insights Analyst at Re-engage, you'll be responsible for analyzing data to measure the impact of their programs on reducing loneliness among older adults, reporting to the Head of Policy, Research and Consultancy. This role is impactful because your insights will directly inform how the charity allocates resources, improves services, and demonstrates effectiveness to donors and stakeholders, ultimately helping more isolated seniors. You'll work 21 hours weekly from home, with occasional UK travel and weekend/evening work.
💡 A Day in the Life
A typical day might involve analyzing volunteer engagement data from Re-engage's tea party programs to identify regions with lower participation, then creating visualizations to present findings to the Policy team. You could spend time cleaning member feedback data to assess program satisfaction among people over 75, followed by a virtual meeting with the Head of Policy to discuss insights for improving service delivery. With occasional variation for travel to UK locations or weekend/evening work during peak reporting periods.
