Data Analytics Coordinator

Core responsibilities:

• Extract order, customer, and transaction data from Magento and Commerce Manager using exports, integrations, or API pulls
• Validate data exports for missing fields, corrupt rows, duplicate orders, or partial transactions and validate tax and fee fields against finance rules
• Normalize fields (SKUs, order IDs, timestamps, status codes, currency formats) to conform with client business rules and requirements for incentive reimbursement
• Map data exports to each program's designated system of record's required schema for incentive processing and run reconciliation checks between systems

This role contributes to clean energy solutions by processing data for utility programs focused on load flexibility, electrification, and carbon reduction, helping guide utilities through energy transformation challenges.

Required skills and experience:

• At least 2-3 years demonstrated expertise in data management, analytics, and transformation
• Ability to work with large data sets and automate data transformation to meet client requirements
• Experience transforming transaction data (split tax fields, reformat amounts, consolidate line items, apply rounding rules, etc.) to reconcile data with business rules
• Expertise in generating settlement-ready files in required formats (CSV, XML, JSON, EDI, XLSX) and leading uploads to client systems

Compensation range: $50,000-$60,000 base salary with potential for discretionary annual bonus.
