Data Analyst

• Reporting & Dashboards: Build and maintain dashboards and models to improve visibility into operational efficiency, delivery performance, and topline metrics.
• Cross-Functional Insights: Partner with operations, engineering, and product teams to translate business needs into data-driven solutions.
• Problem-Solving: Source and transform data creatively, even when systems are incomplete. Propose solutions and tools to streamline workflows.
• Strategic Partner: Act as an analytics thought partner, translating complex findings into simple, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Metric Ownership: Help define and track key business metrics, enabling data-driven strategy across teams.

This role helps reimagine how things move in cities by taking deliveries away from congested streets, making deliveries available to more people, and benefiting local businesses through autonomous last-mile delivery solutions.

• BA/BS in a quantitative field preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in an analytics role (startup or high-growth environment strongly preferred).
• Proficiency in SQL (4+ years) and comfort with scripting in Python or R.
• Strong data visualization skills using BI tools (we use ThoughtSpot and Looker Studio).
• Experience with A/B testing, experimental design, and inferential statistics.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Comfort leveraging AI/GenAI tools to enhance analytics workflows.
• Knowledge of geospatial analysis techniques is a plus.
