What you will drive
- Manage and lead data projects from beginning to end, including discovery, analysis, and delivery to meet project objectives
- Design and implement evaluation frameworks that measure long-term outcomes and impact
- Partner with stakeholders to effectively communicate insights from data analysis, including the creation of data visualizations
- Establish and support implementation of sustainable protocols and processes for data collection, management, and evaluation

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree in data science, business analytics, statistics, public health, social sciences, or related field
- 2-4 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency with mixed methods data analysis (quantitative and qualitative data)
- Strong technical skills using survey, data analysis, and visualization software (e.g. SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics, STATA, Excel, NVivo, Power BI, Tableau)
