Data Analyst

• Manage and lead data projects from beginning to end, including discovery, analysis, and delivery to meet project objectives
• Design and implement evaluation frameworks that measure long-term outcomes and impact
• Partner with stakeholders to effectively communicate insights from data analysis, including the creation of data visualizations
• Establish and support implementation of sustainable protocols and processes for data collection, management, and evaluation

This position advances NAMI's mission by ensuring the consistent use of data for program evaluation and continuous improvement of NAMI activities, helping to build better lives for millions of Americans affected by mental illness.

• Bachelor's degree in data science, business analytics, statistics, public health, social sciences, or related field
• 2-4 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency with mixed methods data analysis (quantitative and qualitative data)
• Strong technical skills using survey, data analysis, and visualization software (e.g. SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics, STATA, Excel, NVivo, Power BI, Tableau)
