What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Collect data accurately from various internal and external sources and update information within our CRM system. Perform day-to-day administrative and data-entry tasks to ensure smooth workflow operations.
  • Monitor progress to ensure daily, weekly, and monthly targets are met. Support routine reporting and basic data summaries where needed.
  • Respond to data-related queries and assist in updating records. Provide clear, timely communication with internal team members.
  • Proactively contact relevant government entities to gather required information. Identify appropriate contacts within government agencies using structured research methods.
  • Organize collected data within a structured internal database. Conduct routine data cleansing and accuracy checks to maintain data integrity and security.
