Mission
What you will drive
- Lead the development and execution of Xylemโs human-centered cybersecurity awareness and culture strategy, translating threat intelligence into awareness campaigns and employee education.
- Design, execute, and continuously improve phishing simulation programs aligned to real-world attack patterns and organizational risk.
- Develop risk-based metrics to measure human cyber risk, provide executive reporting, and identify high-risk user populations for targeted interventions.
- Lead enterprise-wide cybersecurity awareness training, tabletop exercises, and annual Cybersecurity Awareness Month programs.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Communications, Organizational Development, Psychology, Education, or related field; or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity awareness, human risk management, or related cybersecurity programs.
- Experience designing and managing enterprise phishing simulation programs.
- Strong understanding of social engineering, threat actor behaviors, and human cyber risk management; ability to translate technical threats into business-focused communications.
