Cybersecurity Behavior and Culture Specialist

• Lead the development and execution of Xylem’s human-centered cybersecurity awareness and culture strategy, translating threat intelligence into awareness campaigns and employee education.
• Design, execute, and continuously improve phishing simulation programs aligned to real-world attack patterns and organizational risk.
• Develop risk-based metrics to measure human cyber risk, provide executive reporting, and identify high-risk user populations for targeted interventions.
• Lead enterprise-wide cybersecurity awareness training, tabletop exercises, and annual Cybersecurity Awareness Month programs.

By reducing human cyber risk and strengthening organizational resilience, this role helps protect Xylem’s critical water infrastructure and ensures the security of systems that deliver clean water globally, supporting sustainable water solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Communications, Organizational Development, Psychology, Education, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity awareness, human risk management, or related cybersecurity programs.
• Experience designing and managing enterprise phishing simulation programs.
• Strong understanding of social engineering, threat actor behaviors, and human cyber risk management; ability to translate technical threats into business-focused communications.
