Cybersecurity Analyst II - SOC & GRC

• Monitor security alerts and incidents, investigating and responding promptly to potential security threats.
• Manage and support the ongoing governance, risk, and compliance activities across the organization.
• Collaborate with IT and business units to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Develop and maintain documentation for security policies, procedures, and standards.

This role ensures the security and compliance posture of Protera and its clients, helping identify vulnerabilities, mitigate risks, and improve overall security measures to protect organizations from cyber threats.

• 4+ years in cybersecurity, risk management, or compliance roles, ideally within a SOC environment.
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001) and governance, risk, and compliance practices.
• Experience with security monitoring tools and vulnerability assessment tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and mitigate risks effectively.
