Cyber security, Senior Product Security Officer R&D

• Master the inner Cyber Security workings of our application and its impact
• Advise colleagues on the technical feasibility of creative cyber solutions
• Ensure that system security needs are established and maintained for the product development
• Collaborate with different teams to refine new ideas for securing the product

This role makes a significant impact by driving innovation and leading the digital evolution at Hitachi Energy, HVDC, ensuring the quality and security of delivered products through cutting-edge cyber security solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in cyber security, computer science, software engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience in Cyber Security, including safe coding practices, life-cycle management, and adherence to relevant security standards
• Expertise in Cyber Security for network and cloud solutions
• Solid background in software development, particularly within Agile team environments
• Exceptional skills in writing, documentation, and collaboration, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively
• Certification such as CISSP or equivalent is advantageous but not mandatory
