CVML Engineer, See and Spray

• Execute reproducible experiments on a large data catalog to further understanding of model performance.
• Implement and evaluate novel CVML techniques, from CNNs to Transformer-based Foundation models, to improve products.
• Execute and improve existing rigorous model evaluation pipelines.
• Collaborate on debugging and troubleshooting issues in ML models.

This role contributes to bringing See and Spray technology to farms worldwide, enabling more sustainable and efficient agriculture by reducing reliance on scarce labor and promoting safer, more profitable farming practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of relevant engineering work experience.
• Understanding of fundamentals of statistical learning.
• Familiarity with Python data science and ML stack: PyTorch, NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn.

Base pay range: $100,000 – $176,000/year. Eligible for annual performance bonus and competitive benefit package. Remote work within the United States. Visa sponsorship available.
