Mission
What you will drive
- Own gross retention, including renewal forecasting, in close coordination with CSMs, Sales, and Account Management.
- Build and manage customer decarbonization portfolios, including procurement and fulfillment, and coordinate internal advisory experts.
- Make impact clear to customers by building frameworks to quantify value and design feedback loops.
- Scale operations by managing 1-2 team members and owning portfolio execution contracting.
