Mission

What you will drive

  • Own gross retention, including renewal forecasting, in close coordination with CSMs, Sales, and Account Management.
  • Build and manage customer decarbonization portfolios, including procurement and fulfillment, and coordinate internal advisory experts.
  • Make impact clear to customers by building frameworks to quantify value and design feedback loops.
  • Scale operations by managing 1-2 team members and owning portfolio execution contracting.

  • Experience managing a small team and using AI/automation tools.
