Customer Support Specialist

• Process orders for products and services from sales staff or direct customer contact, ranging from off-the-shelf quick ship to complex orders
• Investigate and resolve billing issues related to customer disputes as relayed from A/R collections team
• Provide price & availability, formal quotations, and other pre and post order support functions for standard and specialty products and services
• Provide legendary customer service with prompt and thorough responses to customer inquiries while coordinating all aspects of order management from quoting to delivery and invoicing

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience with order management, account management, or similar experience
• Customer Service experience
• Experience with billing, invoicing, quoting, or related activities
• Experience using an ERP or CRM system (Salesforce and AS 400 experience preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work with diverse workforce and customer base in a matrixed organization

• Estimated pay range: $20/hr to $28/hr (approximately $41,600 to $58,240 annually)
