Mission

What you will drive

  • Issues all POs after a contract is signed and the SO already registered in SAP
  • Sends all POs to designated suppliers, monitors execution of POs by each supplier, and informs customers about confirmed delivery dates
  • Receives technical documentation from suppliers, forwards approved documentation to suppliers, and manages production and delivery completion in Romania
  • Asks for and checks delivery documents from suppliers including invoices, delivery notes, conformity declarations, and quality certificates

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in order handling/project management
  • Good level of English and Romanian languages
