Mission
What you will drive
- Issues all POs after a contract is signed and the SO already registered in SAP
- Sends all POs to designated suppliers, monitors execution of POs by each supplier, and informs customers about confirmed delivery dates
- Receives technical documentation from suppliers, forwards approved documentation to suppliers, and manages production and delivery completion in Romania
- Asks for and checks delivery documents from suppliers including invoices, delivery notes, conformity declarations, and quality certificates

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in order handling/project management
- Good level of English and Romanian languages
- Experience in managing reports and necessary documentation
- Strong organization skills including planning, communication, prioritizing, time management, and flexibility
