Mission

What you will drive

  • Migrate customer data through the onboarding lifecycle and maintain expertise on Agworld product features.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat, diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, and escalate complex problems.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and identify recurring issues to suggest improvements.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 2+ years of experience in technical support, help desk, or SaaS customer support.
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Ag Business, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience supporting growers, agronomic consultants, or farm managers using technology solutions.
  • Familiarity with CRM and ticketing systems (e.g., Salesforce, Jira).
