Mission
What you will drive
- Migrate customer data through the onboarding lifecycle and maintain expertise on Agworld product features.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat, diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, and escalate complex problems.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and identify recurring issues to suggest improvements.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 2+ years of experience in technical support, help desk, or SaaS customer support.
- Bachelorโs degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Ag Business, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience supporting growers, agronomic consultants, or farm managers using technology solutions.
- Familiarity with CRM and ticketing systems (e.g., Salesforce, Jira).
