Customer Support Representative

Core responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot technical issues and prioritize based on urgency, including outbound contact with clients via chat, phone, and email
• Provide clear information on product feature functionality to clients, both written and verbal
• Document support processes and issue resolutions
• Work closely with Sales and Product teams to provide product knowledge, configuration assistance, and first-level technical support
• Communicate client perspective to Product and Development teams for feature improvements/fixes
• Leverage AI tools and automation to improve support efficiency and response quality

This role creates positive change by modernizing the waste and recycling industry through software solutions, supporting hard-working people in the waste industry, and playing a positive role in the future of environmental sustainability.

Required skills and experience:

• 1-2 years in a technical support role (ideally in a SaaS company)
• Exceptional time management skills with ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy
• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills for troubleshooting software issues
• Exceptional customer relationship skills and clear understanding of excellent customer service
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers
• Familiarity with SaaS business models and support ticketing systems (Intercom, Jira, etc.)
• Comfort with AI tools and willingness to integrate them into daily workflows
