What you will drive
As part of our Customer Support team, you will play a key role in ensuring a great experience for our users in Norway. Your main mission is to help drivers and car owners make the most of Getaround's platform by providing clear, friendly, and efficient assistance.
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Handling more complex cases directly with users and making sound, well-informed decisions.
- Sharing user feedback with the wider team to improve our service and product.
- Ensuring a consistently high level of quality in every interaction.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
- A strong communicator with a positive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Experienced in customer service — experience is a plus, but not required.
- Comfortable using IT systems and quick to learn new tools.
- Based in Oslo and holds a driver's license (class B).
