  • Manage day-to-day relationships with a portfolio of business customers, serving as their primary point of contact

  • Identify opportunities for account expansion and support outbound business development

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 2+ years of experience supporting B2B customers in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar customer-facing role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to build credibility and rapport
  • Customer-focused, proactive, and solution-oriented
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and excellent follow-through
