Mission

What you will drive

  • Manage a high-volume portfolio of customer accounts, driving product adoption, value realization, and upsell opportunities.
  • Deliver core ClimatePartner services including Corporate Carbon Footprint calculations and coordination of financial contributions.
  • Handle customer inquiries, maintain CRM records, monitor customer health, and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Up to 2 years of experience in customer success, customer service, or a comparable client-facing role.
  • Fluency in German, Italian, and English.
  • Basic knowledge of climate and sustainability topics (e.g., Corporate Carbon Footprints, GHG Protocol) or motivation to learn.
  • Comfort with high-volume, process-driven work and familiarity with CRM tools.
