Customer Success Specialist B2C Remote

Core responsibilities:

• Be a brand ambassador on social media by managing private and public messages from customers (on Messenger, X, Instagram, etc.)
• Manage requests from the team's portfolio of individual customers (calls and emails) by anticipating their needs and supporting them in tracking and reducing their energy consumption, implementing personalized mechanisms adapted to their specific needs
• Manage customer reviews on Trustpilot
• Propose improvements to our organizational methods and customer request management
• Get involved in team development and growth on operational, recruitment, and training topics
• Help colleagues when they encounter difficulties

This role contributes to the transition to greener, cheaper energy by helping customers reduce their energy consumption and supporting renewable energy investments, creating positive environmental change.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Customer-centric mindset with excellent listening skills and a desire to find solutions to customer problems
• Autonomous and responsible, able to carry tasks through to completion
• Comfortable working remotely and maintaining communication with colleagues
• Impeccable mastery of French (oral and written) and ability to converse in English
• Ability to handle stress during peak activity or difficult cases while remaining rigorous and organized
• Curious and willing to analyze customer invoices with complex numerical data
• Authentic, friendly, and positive attitude
