Customer Success Specialist B2C

Core responsibilities:

• Represent the brand and help individual customers with their diverse needs via phone, email, or social media
• Accompany customers in monitoring and reducing their energy consumption
• Proactively ensure customer contracts don't encounter problems and find solutions when needed
• Identify and analyze areas for improving service and processes
• Get involved in team development and growth on operational, recruitment, and training topics

This role accelerates the energy transition by providing greener, cheaper energy to French customers and helping them reduce consumption, directly contributing to lower CO₂ emissions.

Required qualifications:

• Autonomous and responsible with strong follow-through
• Customer-focused with excellent listening skills and problem-solving attitude
• Impeccable mastery of French (oral and written) and ability to converse in English
• Team player who enjoys collaborative work
• Stress-resistant, rigorous, and organized during peak activity or difficult cases
• Curious and willing to work with detailed customer invoices
• Authentic, friendly, and positive personality
