Mission
What you will drive
- Prioritize and manage customer renewals, re-engaging at-risk customers to ensure retention.
- Onboard new clients, provide training, and support successful implementation of the Agworld platform.
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, chat, and email, and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Provide first-line inbound technical support and assist with technical setup during onboarding.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Demonstrated ability to build trust and develop strong relationships with customers.
- Strong listening, communication, and presentation skills; excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Experience using customer support platforms, CRM systems, and SaaS tools.
- 3+ years of experience in SaaS, agriculture technology, or related industries preferred; degree in agriculture or related field a plus.
