Mission

What you will drive

  • Prioritize and manage customer renewals, re-engaging at-risk customers to ensure retention.
  • Onboard new clients, provide training, and support successful implementation of the Agworld platform.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, chat, and email, and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Provide first-line inbound technical support and assist with technical setup during onboarding.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Demonstrated ability to build trust and develop strong relationships with customers.
  • Strong listening, communication, and presentation skills; excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  • Experience using customer support platforms, CRM systems, and SaaS tools.
  • 3+ years of experience in SaaS, agriculture technology, or related industries preferred; degree in agriculture or related field a plus.
