Customer Success Operations Engineer (all genders)

Core responsibilities:

• Design, optimize, and implement customer success processes throughout the entire customer lifecycle (onboarding, adoption, expansion, renewal)
• Further develop and integrate CS tools (e.g., CRM, CS platforms, ticketing, reporting, automation tools)
• Identify and implement automation for manual processes together with specialist teams
• Ensure consistent data flows and system interfaces between Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Finance

This role drives forward the energy transition by ensuring customers achieve scalable, efficient, and sustainable success with envelio's solutions, supporting the shift to renewable energy systems.

Required skills and experience:

• Degree in industrial engineering, business informatics, business administration, or comparable previous experience
• Experience in operations, process, or systems-related roles (e.g., customer success operations, revenue operations, business operations), ideally in a start-up or scale-up environment
• Experience in integration, automation, and analysis of processes and data, including REST APIs and SQL, as well as common automation, monitoring, and BI tools (e.g., Zapier, Tableau, Datadog)
• Practical experience with CRM systems (especially HubSpot) and confidence in a modern, collaborative tool landscape (e.g., Notion, Airtable, Slack)
