Mission

What you will drive

  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with key customers and act as their main point of contact post-sale.
  • Lead onboarding and technical integrations, helping customers connect to Jua's APIs, data pipelines, and analytics tools.
  • Define goals, success metrics, and ROI in collaboration with customers to ensure measurable impact on their trading outcomes.
  • Manage renewals, upsells, and cross-sells in close partnership with the sales team, identifying opportunities for account expansion.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 3–5 years of experience in key account management, customer success, or technical solutions roles, within a startup environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Python for data analysis, visualization, APIs, and workflow troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with energy trading markets and how weather data influences trading decisions.
  • Proven success managing renewals, upsells, or account expansion in a technical or data-driven context.
