Mission
What you will drive
As a Customer Success Manager, you will:
- Guide international clients through the full GreenFlux customer experience from contract signing through onboarding and growth
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and internal teams, organizing onboardings, giving trainings, and facilitating handovers to support
- Manage commercial responsibilities including upsells, expansion of customer portfolio, and ensuring smooth invoicing processes
- Act as the escalation point for major issues in client support activities and ensure customers realize the full value of GreenFlux's platform

Profile
What makes you a great fit
We're looking for someone with:
- Bachelor or Master degree, preferably in Commercial or Environmental/Sustainable studies
- At least 2 years' experience in a similar B2B/SaaS services role with commercial experience in upselling and cross-selling
- Experience in Project Management and delivering results, with affinity for the EV or energy sector
- Professional fluency in French and/or German, with a proactive, analytical work style and sustainable mindset
