Mission

What you will drive

  • Ensure customer health by becoming a trusted advisor, understanding workflows and needs, and ensuring maximum value from Forerunner investment
  • Provide product activation through user communications, customized in-app onboarding, and continued learning
  • Support account expansion by identifying opportunities and driving business outcomes with sales & leadership team
  • Coordinate with Product and Engineering teams to share customer experience and move product forward

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 4-6 years of professional experience with track record of meeting or exceeding goals
  • Experience with customer success in GovTech space, floodplain management, GIS/mapping, or project management for government clients
  • Experience managing end-to-end renewals and proactively uncovering expansion opportunities
  • Excellent, empathetic communicator who is detail-oriented and comfortable with ambiguity
