Customer Success Manager (fluency in Spanish required)

• Build strong relationships with clients ensuring they are bought in to making Winnow system successful
• Understand clients' current situation and needs to tailor the best solutions for them
• Ensure smooth end-to-end implementation process with client, train multi-disciplined teams to use Winnow in person and remotely
• Take consultative approach to keep clients engaged in utilizing Winnow system to manage their food waste reduction

This role helps reduce food waste in the hospitality industry by implementing technology solutions that typically reduce waste by 50-70%, representing significant food cost savings and increased profitability while addressing a major environmental problem.

• Fluency in Spanish and English (bilingual requirement)
• Degree educated with work experience in multinational organizations in Client Success/Delivery, Project Management, Account Management, or Consultancy
• Intermediate Excel skills and working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint
