What makes you a great fit
Requirements: 3+ years of experience in customer success or a related field. Fluency in Spanish is required. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Strong understanding of customer success principles and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with CRM software and data analysis tools.
