Customer Success Associate (Bilingual-Spanish, Contract)

Core responsibilities:

• Support inbound call overflow and respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolving complaints efficiently
• Guide potential subscribers through the enrollment process, verifying and processing enrollment forms, and assisting with platform account setup
• Maintain thorough understanding of services and keep accurate records of customer interactions in customer system tools
• Fully understand the solar industry, community solar market, and Solstice customer profile and value proposition

This role contributes to climate change mitigation and social justice by making clean energy accessible to all households, including low-income populations and communities of color, through community solar programs.

Required qualifications:

• Spanish fluency and located in Pacific time zone or willing to support 9 am to 6 pm Pacific
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in managing inbound calls and ticket requests with call center or support ticketing experience
• Experience with Google Suites, Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce.com, and CRM or Customer Support software
• Process-oriented with great attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and proactive problem-solving attitude
