Customer Success Associate (Bilingual-Spanish, Contract)

Core responsibilities:

• Support inbound call overflow and respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolving complaints efficiently
• Guide potential subscribers through the enrollment process, verifying and processing enrollment forms with accuracy
• Assist customers with platform account setup and activation, troubleshooting any issues that arise
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and document all activities in customer system tools

This role contributes to climate change mitigation and social justice by making renewable energy accessible to all households, including low-income populations and communities of color, through community solar programs.

Required qualifications:

• Spanish fluency and located in Pacific time zone or willing to support 9 am to 6 pm Pacific hours
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience managing inbound calls and ticket requests
• Experience with Google Suites, Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce.com, and CRM/Customer Support software
• Process-oriented with great attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a problem-solving mindset
