Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Some proven customer support experience or client service representative experience preferred
  • Strong phone administration skills, active listening capabilities, and exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in teams, with strong attention to detail and time management
  • Must own a Mac computer and be fluent with Apple ecosystem software (iOS, macOS, iWork, etc.)
