What makes you a great fit
- Some proven customer support experience or client service experience preferred
- Strong phone administration skills and active listening capabilities
- Ability to work independently and in teams with strong attention to detail
- Must own a Mac computer and be fluent with Apple ecosystem software (iOS, macOS, iWork)
