Customer Service Rep I - (CA-Remote)

• Respond to routine residential and commercial customer calls, inquiries, requests, and complaints in a prompt, respectful, and courteous manner.
• Enter service and route data into computer systems for billing and route scheduling purposes.
• Log information about customer service interactions into systems and update them accurately to track service inquiries and resolutions.
• Return all internal and external calls, emails, and facsimiles in a timely manner to ensure customer concerns are addressed efficiently.

• High School diploma or GED.
• Ability to work under direct supervision and follow established guidelines.
• Knowledge of waste services industry and company processes, services, and policies (through training).
• Strong customer service skills to handle general to moderately complex inquiries and complaints.
