Mission

What you will drive

  • Responsible for Customer Repair Order Execution of allocated India Domestic regions & Export regions which is required for reclamation Process.
  • Responsible for daily execution and maintenance of Repair Order register, reviewing discrepancies between ERP Order Backlog and Repair Order Register, and resolving them in collaboration with Internal Department and GBS.
  • Responsible for booking customer orders from allocated regions in ERP system, sending Order Acknowledgement, offer, and dispatch details to customers within time frame.
  • Responsible for coordinating with Internal team for claiming back warranties with relevant suppliers/customers.
