Mission

What you will drive

The essential duties of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Help people conserve water by providing exceptional customer service and communication to homeowners via phone and email for the Lawn Replacement Program.
  • Provide administrative and programmatic support to meet team goals by reviewing applications, scheduling appointments, submitting Colorado 811 tickets, and conducting one-on-one customer consultations with program participants.
  • Communicate knowledgeably and effectively with program participants about Resource Central's Lawn Replacement program while educating homeowners and business owners on best practices in landscape conversion.
  • Participate in regularly scheduled meetings in person, virtually, and on the phone.
  • Assist with other Resource Central programs as assigned.
  • Help build a strong sense of belonging by ensuring everyone feels welcomed, valued, and included at Resource Central.

What makes you a great fit

  • Must be passionate about helping people conserve water, or have a strong desire to learn.
  • Experience in communications, public relations, or customer service is required.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age upon start date.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must pass a background check if offered the position.

Benefits

What's in it for you

Compensation ranges from $20.00-$23.00/hr and includes paid training and accrued sick leave. This is a part-time, hybrid position averaging 20-hours a week primarily during weekday business hours, with some flexibility based on program demand, to accommodate your needs while balancing in-office and remote work.
