Mission
What you will drive
- Act as the primary operational point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and follow-through.
- Turn customer demand into clear, actionable requirements for Sales, Production, and Supply Chain.
- Manage orders end to endโfrom entry through deliveryโusing ERP and CRM systems.
- Use Excel, reporting tools, and AI-enabled workflows to identify trends and improve work processes.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Strong working knowledge of SAP.
- Experience with Salesforce.com and/or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Exposure to Lean, Continuous Improvement, or Six Sigma environments.
- High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
