What you will drive

  • Act as the primary operational point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and follow-through.
  • Turn customer demand into clear, actionable requirements for Sales, Production, and Supply Chain.
  • Manage orders end to endโ€”from entry through deliveryโ€”using ERP and CRM systems.
  • Use Excel, reporting tools, and AI-enabled workflows to identify trends and improve work processes.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Strong working knowledge of SAP.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and/or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Exposure to Lean, Continuous Improvement, or Six Sigma environments.
  • High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
